One of the hardest challenges is preserving the bubbly goodness in a bottle of wine — whether it’s cava, sparkling wine, champagne or prosecco, the bubbles we love so much are leaving the bottle once it’s uncorked.  What do you do?!?!?!

  2. Keep the bottle uncorked and cold, never let it warm up.  Cold liquids retain their dissolved gas better than when they warms up.
